Shipping policy

pomgun.com works with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS and EMS who work with local couriers - so we can deliver directly to your home and are proud to offer a flat rate shipping fee.

Our delivery will take 5-14 days; order and provide the tracking number within 24 hours, it is the shipping companies and the government who decide when to deliver your order.

You will be charged when your order and all payments are subject to review and approval prior to shipment and may take several days to process. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or that require additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.

Shipping Process
We begin processing your order immediately, therefore we cannot make any changes (including address changes) after the order is placed. We only ship to the address you provided when placing the order. You will only be charged for the items shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

We only ship on business days and do not ship on Saturdays or holidays.

On average, we need 1-2 business days to fulfill your order. Some items may take longer, especially near holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order contains popular items where there are stock availability issues. Orders will be dispatched once item availability is confirmed.

For orders containing multiple items, products may ship separately and arrive on different dates due to differences in manufacturing partner locations.

Deliveries
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 7 and 21 business days depending on your country or region. Specific delivery dates are neither provided nor guaranteed.

While we will do everything in our power to ensure that your order is delivered on time, pomgun.com cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, inclement weather, labor disputes, protests, etc., and these disruptions may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees:

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.pomgun.com has no control over these charges, nor can predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any applicable import taxes and return shipping costs.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you have any questions, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:

pomgun.com is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you did not receive it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.

Note: We use the timestamp information from the tracking link and the carrier's delivery confirmation when we verify damage or return requests, and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address entered is correct before placing an order. We will begin processing your order immediately, so we cannot make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed by our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it to make an address change.
